Requirements

3+ year of leadership experience in a quick-service restaurant or Chick-fil-A leadership preferred
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to integrity, excellence, and continuous improvement
Availability to work , evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
