About The Position
The Focused Instructional Coach at Burncoat High School is responsible for providing instructional support to teachers across all curricula areas. This role involves collaborating with instructional staff and leadership teams to enhance student achievement through the implementation of research-based instructional strategies, modeling lessons, and providing constructive feedback. The coach will also assist in analyzing student achievement data to inform instructional practices and identify professional development needs.
