About The Position
The position involves performing a variety of tasks in the Office of the Friend of the Court, including providing the public with information and resources regarding the court system. The role requires maintaining records within the State computer system and necessitates the use of courtesy, tact, an eye for detail, cashiering, and computer skills. The employee is expected to exercise a certain degree of independent judgment and problem-solving in the completion of their duties, with work generally reviewed upon completion. The employee may be assigned to work in the Legal Records Division and/or may be deputized to make clerical actions, with work predominantly performed at the Friend of the Court.
