Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions at a level normally acquired with completion of high school
• Knowledge of basic food service and knowledge of institutional kitchen safety and hygiene practices preferred
• Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
• Ability to communicate and interact with customers, physicians and staff

Responsibilities

• Preparation and serving of food as well as clean up
• Sanitizing and organizing of any or all tools and areas
• Performs all food service related tasks demonstrating service orientation to fellow employees, client staff and customers
