About The Position

As a primary care provider, your role at our organization emphasizes compassionate care and community service in outpatient services. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships and collaborate with a dedicated team. You will provide the full scope of primary care services which fall under your field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance to adult patients.

Requirements

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Licensed Physician Assistant (PA)

Responsibilities

• Provide full scope of primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance to adult patients.
• Build meaningful patient relationships.
• Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team.
