About The Position

Experienced FNP needed for interim coverage at an employee/family based primary care/occ med clinic in West Bend, WI. Details: Start - May 24 -Sept 4 Training for 1 week start May 24 - actual coverage begins June 1 M, T & W - 8:30a-5p and F -6a-12:30p Primary/acute & occ med care, ages 2+ Occ Med: Breath Alcohol testing, DOT Cert, physicals, drug testing (DOT and non-regulated), no workers comp Staff: MOA and Health Coach 8-10 patients per day Athena EMR $90 per hour Paid malpractice and training

Requirements

• Must have active WI licensure
• 2+ years experience in primary care as an FNP
• Must have occ med experience
• DOT certification
• BC
• Clean background
