Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level FMV Analyst to join our team in Quantico, VA. This full-time position requires a TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph. As an FMV Analyst, you will be responsible for providing hands-on full motion imagery analysis, producing intelligence products derived from various airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance platforms. Your work will support national security objectives and assist senior policymakers, the Department of Defense (DoD), the United States Marine Corps (USMC), and Intelligence Community (IC) initiatives. In this role, you will engage in real-time 24/7/365-366 full motion video exploitation, maintaining situational awareness and understanding of mission intelligence requirements. You will conduct extensive research using various multi-disciplined IC databases to gather amplifying information that supports your analysis. Your responsibilities will include producing standard and non-standard FMV imagery analysis products, conducting target research, and providing metadata to support structured observations. You will also be expected to analyze existing information to identify gaps in coverage and conduct data mining using various intelligence sources. Your ability to communicate complex issues clearly, both verbally and in writing, will be essential as you produce timely and concise analytic reports and assessments. Additionally, you will collaborate with other IC members to drive collection efforts and resolve analytic disputes. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, as well as the ability to apply complex analytic methodologies to strengthen analytic arguments. You will work semi-independently with oversight and direction, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted issues. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with a portion of that experience occurring within the last two years.
