Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of FMS experience preferred.
• Candidate must have an active secret clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of complex Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts.
• Review Requests for Information and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to PATRIOT and the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System.
• Coordinate with the Program Management Offices, Industry, and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) in response to a foreign entity or COCOM request.
• Respond to Integrated Logistics Support requirements for host country including Ground Support Equipment and support vehicle requirements, multi-modal transportation Plans, and working group support.
• Provide support for requested foreign visits to the U.S. in anticipation of meetings related to platforms.
• Respond to taskers related to FMS funding.
• Ensure obligation plans are documented properly.
• Review goals and provide recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance with plans.
• Draft memorandums of request for action items.
• Coordinate LOA response documents as necessary.
• Assist in preparing updates for COP/CEA 7 reports.
• Prepare material for Country briefings and reports/memorandums.
• Assist in planning, executing, and taking minutes at Program Management Reviews and other meetings.
• Develop FMS cases in DSAMS.
• Conduct all aspects of the FMS Repair and Return program.
