About The Position

As a program management specialist for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) projects, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many FMS programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced program management analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you will support a U.S. Space Force FMS program. You will develop and analyze cost, schedule, and performance data and have regular interactions with U.S. government and international partners. You will coordinate the development and implementation of security cooperation and assistance in support of the program office, including planning, communication, outreach, and foreign customer support services. You will identify and analyze solutions supporting the successful delivery of complex security and cooperation programs. You will help determine and refine program requirements. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with security cooperation and assistance programs working with foreign clients
  • Experience working with foreign clients and export control, including International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) issues and analyzing international security cooperation policy
  • Experience with DoD procedures programs associated with FMS cases, including in the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), FMS case Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) and the associated processes for LOA case development, case modifications, and amendments
  • Knowledge of Military GPS User Equipment and Protected Positioning Service signals
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case management and financial tracking systems, including Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) and Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP)
  • Experience with the U.S. DoD foreign releasability review process
  • Experience with DoD program budgets and Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaR) inputs
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving, research, and analysis skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • TS/SCI clearance
