About The Position

The FMS Analyst for NASAMS and Sentinel DigiFlight will support Security Assistance duties under the guidance of supervisors and International Program Managers. This role involves assisting in the development of foreign military sales programs, preparing briefing materials, and managing documentation related to military sales transactions.

Requirements

• Experience with Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) is desirable.
• Prior Security Assistance experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc).
• Experience with NASAMS/Sentinel Radar or Foreign Military Sales is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Program Management Office (PM) experience is desirable.
• Missile systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of Letters of Offer and Acceptance for foreign military sales.
• Monitor, coordinate, and integrate the complete foreign military sales program.
• Prepare materials for country briefings and reports.
• Transcribe, format, input, edit, retrieve, copy, and transmit text, data, and graphics.
• Research transactions and collect information for logistical duties, including tracking requirements and equipment.
• Secure information by completing database backups.
• Develop and utilize filing and retrieval systems for historical reference.
