About The Position

DigiFlight, Inc. is seeking a mid-level FMS analyst capable of the following: • Review and track Security Assistance program activities, deliverables, and milestones within the Division portfolio. • Prepare executive-ready reports, data summaries, and decision papers for the Division Chief. • Review SA Program case packets for accuracy and completeness. • Support coordination between the Division and the Associate Director’s office, as well as with other divisions. • Provide data analysis and reporting to highlight risks, issues, and performance trends. • Assist in developing and maintaining Division-level processes, trackers, and standard operating procedures. • Coordinate with internal staff, program managers, and external stakeholders to gather and validate information. • Draft talking points, briefing materials, and strategic messaging for Division Chief engagements. • Strong analytical and communication skills; able to distill data into actionable recommendations. • Coordinate with the AD Program Analyst to provide timely program data, division level reviews, and status updates that enable enterprise-level reporting and decision-making. • Demonstrated ability to support mid-level leaders in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Requirements

  • 3 years’ FMS experience in program analysis and acquisition support
