About The Position

Works with a team of experienced employees to oversee training in the department and perform administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High School
  • 1 year of facilities management experience preferred
  • Frequent standing and walking and regularly lifting, loading and moving up to 10 pounds with occasionally moving up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects to implement facilities management best practices and improve employee performance.
  • Prepare training materials and resources.
  • Conduct and oversee training efforts of the FM Services department.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as coordinating event setups and breakdown, preparing and assisting staff meetings, identifying work orders, etc.
  • Process improvement and sustainability.
  • Streamline communication throughout department.
  • May perform routine inspections for quality control.
  • Other duties as assigned.
