About The Position

This position provides general medical care and treatment to patients in a clinic or hospital setting under the direction of a collaborating Physician. Responsibilities Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in southcentral Wisconsin and northern Illinois, is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at our Perryville Clinic in Rockford, Illinois. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing high quality personalized care to a variety of patients. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Graduate of an accredited masters/doctoral nursing program.
Meets the requirements determined by the State of Wisconsin or Illinois to perform duties defined as those of a Nurse Practitioner.
Current IL RN license
Current IL APNP license
Current IL DEA number
Other certifications as required

Nice To Haves

Primary Care NP experience preferred
Primary Care nursing experience preferred
