Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: Provide friendly, fast, and helpful service to all guests and team members. Follow standards of neatness and cleanliness for the shop in order to maintain guest appeal Know features and benefits of merchandise in the retail shop and be familiar with merchandise offerings Follow policies and procedures that affect inventory control Maintain product knowledge of gaming facility events, activities, and amenities around the facility to ensure personalized guest services Be available to support, cover breaks or PTO for all Host positions in the Resort after training for Host positions. Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the Jamul Casino guest Service Program Requirements and Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
