About The Position
10 Roads Express is one of the largest mail contractors in the United States, dedicated to servicing the needs of the US Postal Service with on-time delivery, courtesy, safety, and efficiency. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and highly motivated individual for the position of Fly in Driver Manager. This role involves managing a group of drivers within a specific region, ensuring that our Fly in team effectively coordinates sending drivers to various locations across the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to coordinate flights and hotel stays for drivers while maintaining cost efficiency. This position requires critical thinking to identify ways to save costs and improve the efficiency of travel and accommodations.
