Manager of FNET Sales. Meet and exceed assigned region revenue quota. Meet and exceed assigned focus products revenue quota. Accurately forecast revenue. Proactively maintain region level and rep level Bowlers for region. Consistently implement SR sales management process discipline. Maintain SR agency bench relationships. Model and teach 1Fluke techniques, tactics, and standard methodologies. Region SME on current FNET selling process methodologies & applications. Maintain and facilitate assigned SR customer facing seller training certifications. Proactive collaboration with SAMs, CSMs, product marketing, business units, and end user SMEs. Support FNET trade shows along with your local SR team. Support “OneFluke” strategy driving awareness of product adjacencies. Travel in-market with SR street sellers within each sub-region quarterly.
