About The Position

Flowers for Dreams is ushering in a craft flower movement. Locally crafted flowers for fair & honest prices with hand delivery in Chicago, Milwaukee, and Detroit, as well as overnight shipping to most of the Great Lakes region. Every bouquet benefits an amazing charity. Named one of Business Insider's Most Inspiring Companies in America. We're looking for motivated individuals interested in using their own vehicles to make extra income via flower and plant delivery. Shifts are usually 3-6 hours based around the drivers daytime availability. Delivery routes are provided to the driver upfront with an efficient technology that optimizes time. Deliveries assigned to you can be within 40 miles of Detroit in an area you're most comfortable delivering in.

Requirements

• People-person with positive energy, enthusiasm, and resourcefulness.
• Own a fully-insured vehicle with up to date driver's license.
• 1099 contractor with flexible scheduling & experience delivery driving.
• Shared aesthetic preferences & values with Flowers for Dreams brand.

Responsibilities

• Delivering beautiful bouquets and arrangements across Detroit via fully insured car or truck.
• Greet and excite customers, serve as "face" of Flowers for Dreams.
• Deliver with care and efficiency.
• Proper communication with customers, Dispatch, and Customer Experience teams.
• Paid per delivery zone + route completion bonus + tips.
• Pay is weekly through direct deposit.
