Flow Analyst - AMP
About The Position
The Flow Cytometry Analyst is responsible for daily data analysis and technical interpretation of all flow cytometry data generated in the clinical cytometry laboratory. Testing areas include leukemia and lymphoma phenotyping, stem cell enumeration, platelet analysis, lymphocyte subset enumeration and DNA analysis by flow cytometry. Assistance in specific laboratory projects as deemed appropriate by the clinical flow cytometry management staff and medical staff. Communicates with physicians and other clients regarding test results and interpretation when deemed appropriate by the medical direction of the group. Works with management personnel to ensure efficient and technically correct systems and procedures in the clinical cytometry laboratory that includes QA/QC of reagents, instrumentation, proficiency testing, etc.
