This will include collecting and analyzing samples, completing all necessary paperwork, checking tailings, filling ingredient feeders, and regular cleaning and maintenance on the equipment used. As with most jobs at a flour mill, housekeeping will be an ongoing duty for this position. Requirements

PC Knowledge
Able to learn in a hands-on training environment
Comfortable using various hand tools
Organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
For safety reasons, must be able to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English
Available to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
Able to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

Transferring flour from the mill to the load out area
Collecting and analyzing samples
Completing all necessary paperwork

Filling ingredient feeders
