Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Tallahassee, Florida is hiring a Full time Massage Therapist lead!! Our location has 10 beautiful treatment rooms with all the supplies you need to provide your client with the most amazing service. We are in search of a Licensed Massage Therapist looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING!

Responsibilities

• A very strong desire to deliver quality customer service
• Strong intention to help others through the healing benefits of spa services
• Treat clients in a professional caring manner
• Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
• Educating clients on the benefits of massages as part of their overall wellness program
• Maintain detailed treatment records
• Ability to perform Swedish, Hot Stone and other modalities
• Hands on interviews/reporting hands on interview results to spa manager who will perform the talking portion of the interview & hiring process
• Train all Hand & Stone massage protocols
• Safety precautions of hot stone and Himalayan Salt Stone massages
• Layout of stones/cleaning of stones
• Filling out necessary paperwork for interviews & trainings
• Orientation of new massage therapists
• Fielding questions of massage therapists
