About The Position
McLeod Health, a private, non-profit healthcare system located in Florence, SC, is collaborating with Florence ENT, a well-established private practice, to recruit a Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist. This is a unique partnership opportunity for a physician looking to join a thriving practice with a strong reputation in the community. Florence ENT has been serving the Florence area for over 20 years and currently consists of four Otolaryngologists. The incoming physician will benefit from a call schedule of 1:4, which allows for a balanced work-life dynamic while still providing ample opportunity for professional growth. Additionally, this position includes the chance to handle facial trauma cases, adding an exciting dimension to the practice. The practice is situated in a large, recently renovated office that is fully staffed, ensuring that the incoming physician can focus on patient care without the distractions of administrative burdens. As an employed position within an established practice, the incoming Otolaryngologist will have the advantage of an already established patient base, which is crucial given the service area of 1.5 million people. This means that the new physician can expect to build their practice quickly and effectively, with very little competition in the area.
