About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Train and coach employees on procedures and tasks for the floral department.
  • Document all training activities for employees.
  • Coordinate activities of workers engaged in ordering, processing, and selling floral products.
  • Ensure proper display and selling of department products to customers.
  • Advise customers on the quality of flowers and methods of handling flowers and plants.
  • Maintain high-profit margins by adhering to the approved budget and pricing schedule.
  • Manage and assure proper merchandising standards for flowers, plants, and accessories.
  • Train employees on floral design and customer relationship skills.
