Requirements

Previous floral experience will give you a solid foundation
wedding design skills will set you apart as an innovative artist
Flexibility is key, as this role requires a willingness to work on various days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during peak seasons
Your ability to lift up to 40 lbs is crucial for handling beautiful blooms and materials
Attention to detail ensures that every bouquet and wreath is a masterpiece
