About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you will bring customers' visions of romance, celebration, or remembrance to life through stunning floral arrangements. This role requires creativity and care, utilizing knowledge of floral seasonality and perishability. Daily tasks include maintaining clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenishing inventory, and ensuring every stem and ribbon is perfectly placed. You will also be responsible for lifting and moving floral products and supplies, often up to 40 lbs., and working with tools such as helium tanks. This position is ideal for individuals with a creative eye, a green thumb, and a passion for helping others celebrate life's moments.

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements
• Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into beautiful arrangements
• Capable of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces and managing inventory and supplies
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation and perform tasks that require standing and moving throughout the day
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems
• Willingness to partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment

Responsibilities
