About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for bringing customers' visions to life by creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions, utilizing your expertise in floral seasonality and perishability. Your role involves maintaining clean and organized workspaces and displays, managing inventory, and ensuring the meticulous placement of every stem and ribbon. The position requires physical capability, including lifting and moving floral products and supplies up to 40 lbs., and working with tools such as helium tanks. This role is ideal for individuals with a creative eye and a passion for helping others celebrate life's moments. Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements
• Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into beautiful arrangements
• Capability of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces and managing inventory and supplies
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation and perform tasks that require standing and moving throughout the day
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems
• Willingness to partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment

Responsibilities

• Design stunning arrangements using knowledge of floral seasonality and perishability
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays
• Replenish inventory
• Ensure every stem and ribbon is perfectly placed
• Lift and move floral products and supplies, often up to 40 lbs.
• Work with helium tanks and other tools of the trade
• Engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into beautiful arrangements
• Partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment
