About The Position

As a Floral Designer, you will bring customers' visions of romance, celebration, or heartfelt remembrance to life through stunning floral arrangements. This role requires creativity and care, utilizing your knowledge of floral seasonality and perishability. You will be responsible for maintaining clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenishing inventory, and ensuring every stem and ribbon is perfectly placed. The position also involves physical tasks such as lifting and moving floral products and supplies, often up to 40 lbs., and working with tools of the trade like helium tanks. This role is ideal for individuals with a green thumb, a creative eye, and a passion for helping others celebrate life's moments.

Requirements

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail
• Familiarity with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements
• Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into beautiful arrangements
• Capable of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces and managing inventory and supplies
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation and perform tasks that require standing and moving throughout the day
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems
• Willingness to partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment
