Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the floral industry
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines and effectively manage time/balance projects in a high-volume environment
• Custom floral design experience
• Experience in event, wedding and daily floral orders
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
• Team-oriented and effective communicator
• Efficient communicator and self-starter/highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills
