About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Floral Designer or in a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of garden plants, floral design techniques, and retail math principles is advantageous.
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers is essential.
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus to enhance customer interactions.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics in floral arrangements.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs and preferences.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral shop and workstations.
• Manage inventory by tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring freshness of flowers.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and exceptional customer service.
• Utilize e-commerce platforms to manage online orders and customer inquiries.
