Requirements

• Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is an asset.
• Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of retail sales experience (Preferred)
• 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prep buckets and process flowers.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that suit their preferences and budgets.
• Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are clean and readily available.
• Process transactions using the POS system, including cash handling and operating the cash register.
• Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality of products.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during busy periods.
