Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and merchandising of floral items and arrangements for display and sale.
• Respond to customer requests for floral arrangements and items.

• Maintain customer records and files properly.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting items.

• Process and prepare flower arrangements and fill balloons.
• Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality, and space allocation for merchandise.
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures.
