Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and create floral arrangements and/or other items to fill customer orders.
• Provide various customer services and greet customers promptly.
• Package orders effectively, safely, and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and files properly.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting items.
• Handle telephone calls and orders promptly and courteously.
• Help decorate and merchandise the department.
• Keep merchandise and supplies organized in their proper areas.
• Keep carts, tools, and supplies in their designated areas and well organized.
• Keep floors clean and safe.
