About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The Lamination Tech r emoves all air from wet glass using a brush and/ or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs p attern cutting and rolling fiberglass . Proper ly use s resin and putty . Install s boxes, foam tanks and stringers Grinds out small imperfections Performs g eneral housekeeping . ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

Requirements

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to work with a team
• Able to use drills and hand sander
• Able to follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Removes all air from wet glass using a brush and/ or roller
• Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications
• Installs different parts prior to glass work
• Performs pattern cutting and rolling fiberglass
• Properly uses resin and putty
• Installs boxes, foam tanks and stringers
• Grinds out small imperfections
• Performs general housekeeping
• All other duties as assigned
