Requirements

  • At least 2 years of outside or in-home sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred)
  • Working knowledge of flooring products and installation practices
  • Strong organization and follow-through
  • Ability to build trust quickly and communicate with confidence
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Self-driven, competitive, and motivated by high earning potential
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for customer appointments

Responsibilities

  • Conducting in-home design consultations using a company-provided mobile showroom
  • Recommending flooring solutions that align with customer style, function, and investment goals
  • Measuring spaces and creating digital proposals using company tools
  • Managing the sales process from initial consultation through signed agreement
  • Building referral relationships and generating repeat business
  • Maintaining consistent communication to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Achieving sales targets while delivering a top-tier customer experience
