About The Position

Neve's Floors To Go Furniture & Mattress Gallery is looking for a talented Flooring Installer to join our team immediately! We are seeking installers/subcontractors specializing in Broadloom, Carpet Tile, LVT, VCT, Laminate, Rubber Tile, Sheet Vinyl, Resilient Base, Treads/Risers. We are looking for an ambitious person who has experience and wants to earn a substantial income. Must present themselves professionally. Position can be full-time or part-time.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-years flooring installation experience
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Good customer service
• Must have a neat and clean appearance
• Clear and concise communication with store and customer

Responsibilities

• Strong background and knowledge in all areas of prep and installation
• Install flooring per manufacturers recommendations
• Produce high-quality work, follow Company guidelines, and exceptional attention to detail
• Experience in New/Remodel projects
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Must follow jobsite rules/regulations regarding safety
• Must be able to work with firm deadlines
• Must have passion and pride in your work
• Have your own trade tools (power stretcher included) and a reliable work vehicle (Truck or Van)
• Must provide and hold Certificate of Insurance Annually
