Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with tools and equipment, as well as performing physical labor
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality results and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and materials
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Legally eligible to work in the US
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality
- Self-motivated and proactive in finding solutions
- Punctual and dependable
- Safety-conscious and aware of potential hazards on job sites
Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving on job sites
- Driving a box truck and operating equipment such as a floor grinder
