Requirements

• Willingness to work long hours and during holidays as needed.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Rig up and rig down equipment as required, demonstrating competency in these tasks.
• Guide and mentor less experienced team members (SSEs) to help them develop their skills.
• Assist in the movement of rigs and equipment, utilizing a Class B CDL when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate effectively and solve problems in a timely manner.
• Provide stellar service to customers, ensuring their needs are met during operations.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times.
• Participate actively in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) meetings to promote a safe working environment.
• Engage fully in daily tasks and contribute to team success.
