About The Position

The Floorhand 2 position at Key Energy Services involves working on a workover rig, providing essential support and leadership on-site. Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Floorhand on a workover rig.
• Ability to pass a competency evaluation in rigging up/rigging down.
• Class B CDL is a significant advantage.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Knowledge of road rigging procedures.

Responsibilities

• Rig up and rig down equipment as required.
• Guide and mentor less experienced team members (SSEs).
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to solve problems.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) meetings.
• Pass competency evaluations and pre-employment physicals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Work long hours and be available on holidays as needed.
