About The Position
As our new Floor Technician, you’ll be the hero of the dorms! You’ll work as a Floor Care Specialist to ensure the hallways and common areas are sparkling. Perform stripping, waxing, buffing, and shampooing of various floor surfaces. Operate heavy-duty floor machinery safely and efficiently. Collaborate with the Custodian team to maintain a top-notch environment for students
Requirements
- Previous floor care experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- A positive attitude and a "service-first" mindset.
- Experience with floor buffers, scrubbers, and extractors (we will also train!).
- Reliability—you’re the person the team can count on every morning.
