Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a floor tech (commercial preferred)
• Strong skillset in strip & wax, carpet extraction, scrub & recoat, and upholstery cleaning
• Ability to operate all major floor-care machines with little to no supervision
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Availability for evening or weekend work depending on project schedules

Responsibilities

• Perform full strip and wax services with precision and efficiency
• Conduct carpet extraction and cleaning , including stain treatment and restoration work
• Provide upholstery cleaning services as needed
• Perform scrub and refinish services on VCT and other hard floor surfaces
• Safely operate and maintain floor-care equipment, including: Burnishers Auto scrubbers Extractors Buffers Wet/dry vacuums
• Inspect equipment prior to use and report maintenance needs
• Ensure proper use of chemicals and follow all safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold company standards of quality
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress
