About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The floor tech is to implement facility cleanliness, buffing and waxing floors, and trash around the facility. The floor tech will work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance director.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in industrial floor care
• Have the ability to safely perform movements such as pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleanliness in the facility.
• Buffing Floors.
• Emptying Facility Trash.
• Notify the supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Notify the supervisor when the equipment is in need of repair.
• Notify the supervisor when the area of the facility is in need of repair.
