Floor Technician - 1 year minimum experience. Keep floors clean and in good condition using various cleaning tools and techniques, including stripping, waxing, and buffing. They also operate specialized equipment like buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums, and ensure floors are safe and sanitized. Additionally, floor techs may specialize in specific floor types like natural stone or carpet, and they are responsible for following safety procedures and reporting any maintenance needs. Requirements

MUST HAVE PRIOR FLOOR WORK experience of safely stripping, scrubbing and recoating of vinyl floors, carpet extracting, pressure washing, automatic scrubbers and other various floor machines.
MUST HAVE PRIOR CLEANING EXPERIENCE.
Must be flexible to help with other cleaning duties as needed.
Must eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to READ ENGLISH.
Must be able to PASS A BACKGROUND AND DRIVER LICENSE SCREENING.
Must be over 18 years of age.
Must have a reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
Sweeps floor.
Vacuums rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies.
Dusts furniture and equipment.
Polishes metalwork.
Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
Empties wastebaskets; and empties and cleans ashtrays.
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Replenishes bathroom supplies.
Performs such other duties as assigned.
