About The Position

Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett is looking for a Full-Time Floor Technician . The Floor Tech is responsible for maintenance and housekeeping duties. They will assist in responding to emergencies as necessary and will keep in contact with the Front Desk throughout the shift. The Floor Tech will be responsible for understanding emergency procedures and cooperating with other staff to protect the safety and well-being of residents and physical plant. Experienced preferred but not required. Experience with stripping and waxing floors required. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Shift Availability : Must be able to work every other weekend from 3:00-11:00pm, every other weekend.
