Part Time Floor Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Floor Care Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all floor surfaces remain clean, safe, and visually appealing, while supporting infectionâcontrol standards.
Requirements
- Handsâon experience with floorâcare equipment and floorâmaintenance procedures.
- Strong understanding of stripping and waxing processes.
- Hardworking, dependable, and selfâmotivated.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Operate floorâcare equipment, including highâspeed buffers (20" & 27"), sideâbyâside scrubbers, walkâbehind auto scrubbers, and carpet extraction machines.
- Perform floor stripping, waxing, sealing, buffing, and related preparation processes.
- Complete tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain overall floor cleanliness.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend shifts.
