About The Position
Luther Oaks is hiring an Environmental Services Floor Technician to support daily floor care and environmental services operations in our senior living community. Requirements
- Knowledge of floor care equipment, including stripping and waxing floors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and reliability

- Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience
Responsibilities
- Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and maintaining floors
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the community
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and team members
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Support overall environmental services operations as needed
- Contribute to resident comfort and well-being through high standards of cleanliness
