The Budd Group is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Floor Technician to maintain the beautiful campus of our local community college partner. Requirements
- Experience: Proven background in professional floor care (buffing/stripping/waxing/extraction).
- Technical Skill: Prior experience operating a ride-on scrubber is required.
- Attitude: A positive, "can-do" mindset and a strong willingness to learn new techniques.
- Reliability: Ability to work the 3rd shift consistently and arrive on time.
Responsibilities
- Performing specialized floor care tasks including buffing, stripping, and waxing.
- Executing deep carpet extraction and routine cleaning.
- Operating various types of floor equipment, specifically ride-on scrubbers.
