The Floor Technician is responsible for enhancing the overall Resident experience through exceptional maintenance of all floor areas and sustaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. This role involves thorough cleaning and maintenance of various flooring types in resident units and common areas, ensuring a high level of Resident satisfaction through friendly and professional interactions.

Thoroughly clean and maintain all types of flooring in resident units and common areas.
Strip and wax floors as required or assigned.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in accordance with community procedures.
Interact with residents, guests, and fellow employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Record resident requests and comprehend work requests.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Floor technician experience preferred.
Cleaning experience required.
Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to communicate with residents and staff.
Physical ability to scrub, scour, and perform cleaning tasks in various positions and spaces.
Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds.
