About The Position

The Floor Technician and Driver will clean and maintain a safe living environment for all residents according to the specified schedule, including areas such as resident suites, bathrooms and common areas on a daily basis. Drive between buildings, pack up all bio-hazard disposals and box for pickup monthly. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• NJ Driver's license in good standing and ability to drive a box truck
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or concerns from residents, employees and visitors
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day, move about and between buildings and carry up to 40 pounds
• Flu vaccine required during flu season

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 year's experience with the geriatric population preferred
