Requirements

• High School Grad or Equivalent Required
• 1+ Year of floor tech experience Required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing daily maintenance and major restoration of hard and carpeted surface areas in accordance with department and hospital policies and procedures.
• Performs cleaning using the department approved process in assigned areas.
• Conducts project cleaning of walls, lights, entrances, common areas, windows, vents, and sidewalks as assigned.
• Adjusts to staff shortages and covers other assigned areas, as needed.
• Properly uses personal protective equipment.
• Analyzes carpeted and hard surface floors and applies correct maintenance procedures.
• Monitors and reports any equipment issues or shortages and stocks supplies.
