Responsibilities
- Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and workflow.
- Keep the floors looking neat and cared for by buffing, stripping, waxing, scrubbing, and finishing as scheduled.
- Maintain and use equipment and supplies properly, reporting any defects or repairs needed.
- Complete other special projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Entry-level position requiring under 1 year of experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with elderly residents, preferred but not required.
