About The Position
A SIGN -ON BONUS OF $3,497 IS AVAILABLE FOR THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT OF THIS POSITION PAID IN 2 INSTALLMENTS WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF HIRE : $1,748.50 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE DATE & $1,748.50 12 MONTHS AFTER HIRE DATE . This position provides floor maintenance service in campus building interior areas including offices, lounges, restrooms, student housing, classrooms, laboratories, entrances, exits, and common areas and across a wide variety of floor surfaces, including but not limited to: VCT , marble, slate, cement, terrazzo, ceramic tile, wood and cork. This position may be required occasionally to provide general cleaning duties, to include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. Must have a valid NC Driver’s License or ability to obtain one prior to start date. Work Schedule M-F, 7:00AM – 4:00PM
